The website collects no data itself
There are no forms, sign-ups, ads or tracking on this website. We use no cookies. If we turn on visitor statistics, it will be Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
Technical data
When you open the site, the server and Cloudflare (security and speed) log your IP address, browser and time of the request. This is needed to run and protect the site. These logs are kept briefly, under the rules of the hosting provider (SuperHosting.BG EOOD, Bulgaria) and Cloudflare, Inc.
When you call or message us
We receive your phone number, name and whatever you tell us (dates, number of guests). We use it only to reply and arrange your stay. Viber messages pass through Rakuten Viber under its own terms. We keep them during the conversation and the stay and up to 1 year afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
At check-in
Bulgarian tourism law requires every accommodation to register its guests (names, ID document, nationality, dates of stay) in the national tourist information system (ESTI). This data goes to the state and is kept as long as the law requires.
We do not sell or share
We do not sell data or give it to third parties for advertising. We only pass it to public authorities when the law requires.
Your rights
